John Hasbrouck is a creative and performance marketing leader with 10+ years of experience delivering high-impact campaigns for fintech, software, eCommerce, automotive, and media brands.

John scaled his own online presence to over 250K followers and engaged over 50M viewers.

Known for blending data-driven performance strategies with award-winning creative direction to build engagement, drive measurable growth, and scale global platforms. John has a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, optimize omni-channel strategies, and deliver breakthrough results for world-class clients.

Christopher Fernandez

Project Manager & European Team Lead

Christopher Fernandez is a project manager and creative producer with a passion for bringing ideas to life on set and on screen.

Chris brings a timeless artistic eye to modern storytelling. His upbeat energy turns even the longest production days into something memorable.

When he’s not managing shoots, you’ll find him enjoying homemade wine, Argentinian pastries, and 1960's British rock.

Kevin Smock

Head of Post Production

Kevin Smock has years of experience as a short form video editor and motion graphics artist. Kevin's passion for post-production stems from creating efficient systems.

Clients include MSG, Red Bull, and The Guardian. Kevin also serves as an assistant editor for unscripted television and films, facilitating the technical needs of post-production from ingest to online and finishing. Projects include The Dirt for Discovery Channel, Rachael Ray’s Rebuild for A&E, My Crazy Quince for Tubi, The Insulin Princess for The Lincoln Project (directed by Academy Award winner Marshall Curry), The Home Team for Amazon Prime Originals, and Tropic Like It’s Hot for HGTV.

Audio Engineer & Sound Recordist

Pat Brady is an Emmy Award–winning sound recordist and audio engineer whose expertise has shaped the sound of some of the world’s biggest live sports broadcasts. With a career spanning major networks and global events, including the NBC Olympics, Pat is known for capturing the energy and emotion of live moments with precision and artistry.

Whether on the sidelines of a stadium or behind the mixing board, Pat’s technical mastery and calm, collaborative presence ensure that every production sounds as good as it looks.
